PatientNotes uses a simple team structure:

Organization

The top level, representing your practice or clinic. Contains one or more teams and manages billing.

Team

A group of users who work together. Teams can share templates and collaborate on documentation. Most practices have one team.

Team Members

Individual users with different roles: Admins, Providers, and Staff. Each role has different capabilities.

Team Roles

Each team member has a role that determines what they can do:

Team Plans

Team features are available on all plans, with some differences:

Individual Plan

Single user account. Upgrade to Team plan to add members.

Team Plan

Multiple users with shared templates and centralized billing. Per-provider pricing.
