How PatientNotes Works

PatientNotes uses advanced AI to understand medical conversations and extract the relevant clinical information:

  • Listen: Record your patient encounter using our app. PatientNotes captures the conversation in real-time.
  • Transcribe: Our AI transcribes the audio with speaker diarization, distinguishing between you and the patient.
  • Generate: Based on the transcript and your selected template, AI generates a complete clinical note.
  • Review: You review the note, make any necessary edits, and export to your EHR.
Note
PatientNotes is designed to assist, not replace. You always maintain full control over the final documentation.
