Changing Your Plan
Upgrading
Upgrade anytime by adding more provider seats or switching to annual billing:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Make your changes
- Confirm and pay any prorated difference
Downgrading
To reduce seats or switch from annual to monthly:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select your new configuration
- Changes take effect at the next billing period
Seat Removal
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
After Cancellation
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after expiration
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access
- After 30 days, session data may be deleted per our retention policy
