Adding Provider Seats
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Seats"
- Add the number of providers needed
- Confirm the prorated charge
New seats are prorated based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.
Changing Your Plan
Upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.
Upgrading to Annual
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Switch to Annual"
- Review the prorated credit from your current plan
- Confirm the upgrade
Switching to Monthly
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Switch to Monthly"
- Your annual plan continues until the end of your billing period
- Monthly billing starts after
